EFFECTIVE 7/5/2021- Mandatory minimum $10 design fee required before designing or creating a mock-up or sample. The fee will be applied towards your order.  Thank you for understanding. 

Pricing

All shirts are quality brands such as Bella Canvas and Next Level.  All full color DTF design tshirts start at $20.00.  Bulk pricing is available for 10% off orders over $100.  These are CUSTOM shirts, therefore, you paying for my time to design and create quality items.

Rush Order Fee

There will be an additional $10 fee placed on orders requesting a quick turnaround of less than a week.  

 

Incorrect Item or Size

If you do not receive your complete order or if an order is incorrect on OUR behalf, it will be corrected at no additional charge to the customer. If there is a mistake on the CUSTOMER'S behalf, the customer will still have to pay for that item plus the ordering and shipping charges of the correct item(s).

Customer Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is DD&G's NUMBER ONE goal! DD&G will be in contact with the customer several times before the final product is printed/produced. Customers please be sure you are satisfied with the design before it is printed.  DD&G does NOT OFFER REFUNDS.  DD&G can make corrections in some situations, but you will be charged for the extra materials needed.

We do all that we can to be sure that our customers get exactly what they want and we understand that it takes time.  Please also understand that our time is valuable as well.  Therefore,  if your design takes you several hours, days, and numerous corrections to get it perfect your price will be reflected as our items are CUSTOMIZED to each customer.  We truly appreciate your business and thank you for trusting us to bring your ideas to life!

Shipping

Shipping costs vary by weight.  Shipping times are 3-5 days depending on the size of the order.  Bulk orders will be shipped 5-7 days.

*If you request your order to be delivered or meet to obtain your order, there is an $8 fee.
